How secure is my money on my ATM card? Your money is very secure. The cards are PIN based which means you cannot obtain access to the funds without knowing the Personal Identification Number (PIN). If the card is lost or stolen you can transfer funds to another card account or simply stop the card. Unlike with a bank account, you decide the amount 'loaded' to the card account so nobody can obtain unlimited access to your money.

Where can I use the ATM Card? Use your card worldwide at ATM's and point-of-sales (POS) where you see the Maestro, Cirrus or Interac logos.

Is my name embossed on the ATM card? No name is printed on the card.

How many cards can I have? As many as you want, there is no limit. 

How long does the card last? The card has no expiration date.

How is the ATM card activated? You receive the card by mail within 5-10 days and then you visit the web site provided on your card and press the activate card link online.

Where can I see my account balance? You can view your balance online at the secure website we provide you with your ATM card.

What is the daily withdraw limit? There is no limit on card to card transferal amounts. POS sales (stores) & Withdrawals are limited to $5000 a day.

What is the maximum amount I can have on my card? There is a limit of $100,000 per account.

Can I withdraw from the ATM machine? Yes.

Are your prepaid cards available to people worldwide? Yes, our cards can be ordered by citizens of any country.

Where is the issuing bank? The issuing bank is based in Canada.

Do I need identification? We require you to provide only your SSN, Passport or Driving License number on the online card activation form.

Are there any requirements for your cards? None, everyone is 100% approved. There is no credit check, no employment verification and no utility bill required.

Is your ATM card like a credit card? No, this is a prepaid/stored value card. You load it with your own money and cannot spend more than has been loaded to the card account.

Can I transfer funds from my ATM Card to my bank account? No.

Are your cards insured? Cards have an insurance CDIC (Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, similar to FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) in USA but Canadian version.

Can I order the card for someone else? Yes. Just provide the name and address and we will ship the ATM card to them. All they need to do is activate it once they receive it. If the ATM card is a gift, we can also send it in a gift card.

How do I load/fund my card? ACH (Automated Clearing House), International Bank Transfer (wire, swift), direct payroll deposit.

Can other people load my ATM card account?  Yes, you can receive bank wire transfers, direct payroll deposit and card to card transfers. You can receive payment for any goods or services you may provide.
